It’s our job to guarantee you the satisfactory results for your project.

Yes! Any designer worth charges for the first meeting. A complimentary call precedes every consultation.

The consultation is a chance for our designers to get to know you and see your home. During this meeting, we will talk about how you need your home to function and give general design ideas. We won’t make any decisions in this meeting – just gain some direction.

Batool Nohan Interiors Ltd. believes that form and function work hand in hand. Our goal is to create a space that’s not only aesthetically and visually pleasing -but one that adheres to all the needs required for it to be easy and effortless to live in.

Ultimately, our goal is for your home to reflect YOU. The initial stages of our design process are focused on getting to know you, your home and family and the aesthetics you are seeking. We guide you through a variety of design styles and concepts, followed by a thorough discussion of your own inspiration images.

We do not share our clients’ personal information. However, you can read past testimonials.

Our Prices

We wish there is a straight answer to this, however Interior design services are not as easily quantifiable as requirement varies for each and every project.

We have two types of billing:
a) Net Price – per-project price, pre-determined at the start of the project or
b) Hourly rated – billed according to the time utilized.
Clients are updated regularly on their project by our time-log and status reports.
We do not believe in disappointing anybody with any form of hidden cost. It is our policy to be transparent with our clients with all costs itemized prior to the start of any project. Any changes and adjustments are then made and agreed upon by both sides before embarking on any work.

Yes! We are happy to work on small projects. Smaller projects are often hourly rated. Contact us to discuss your small project.

Billing

Contracted projects are typically billed in this way, you send us the agreed deposit before we start the work, and then you send us the rest after the final job is done.

However, other billing arrangements are possible upon agreement by both parties.
Invoices are submitted via e-mail as a Word, Excel or PDF file, or via fax, or (upon request) via postal mail.
Payment is due fourteen (14) days from receipt of invoice.
Late payments will be charged additional interest fees or penalties.

We accept and prefer secure online payments using your credit card, debit card, or your bank account via PayPal.com.

We also accept business checks, personal checks, and money orders.

Yes, using PayPal.com, you can make payments using your Visa, or MasterCard.

Yes, we do require a deposit for the work, this amount of money is usually half or more than the total price depending on the job. Other billing arrangements are possible upon agreement by both parties.

Legal

We are committed to respecting your right to privacy and will protect it when you visit our Website or deal with our company.

The terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Batool Nohan Interiors and govern your usage of our web site.

Final Files

For a period of 6 months following your project, we keep your design in an active archive should you lose or damage your files, or require follow-up work. After this period, we archive your files. Any retrieval at this point may incur a nominal cost.
